No Bake Brownie Cakes!



These remind me of cake and brownies all in one! And the best part is that they come together super quick and are incredibly easy to make!

And did I mention SUPER HIGH IN PROTEIN?! These are a win win win!

No baking
No nuts
No dairy
No grains
No gluten
No refined sugar…..and packed with gut friendly ingredients!….these will be on rotation!

Ingredients:
3 ripe bananas
4 scoops of Bethany’s Pantry Cacao DSP
2/3 cup of Organic Cocoa Powder

Notes: Whey, collagen, bone broth, hemp, or rice protein powder will NOT work as they do not create “bulk” as this protein powder does. My protein powder acts as a low carb, gluten and grain free flour replacement.

Method:
Puree bananas, then add remaining ingredients and mix VERY well until a thick batter forms. Place dough in a pan or dish lined with wax paper and form into desired shape. Refrigerate a few hours then slice into squares. Option to coat with melted chocolate, sprinkles, sea salt, etc.
