Sometimes chocolate covered strawberries just don’t cut it…so I decided to get fancy and make a STRAWBERRY FILLED BROWNIE SANDWICH! But I wasn’t going to turn on my oven in the heat of the day!
Of course I used what I had in my pantry and I always have these 3 simple ingredients!

Santa Barbara Chocolate Cacao Powder (literally so rich – no other powder compares!)

My Probiotic Cacao Protein Powder

Yes, the above 3 ingredients (plus water) make vegan, paleo, low carb and keto brownies! Perfect sandwich ends to some fresh juicy strawberries!
For the Brownie:
1/2 cup smooth almond butter
1/2 cup Santa Barbara Chocolate Cacao Powder
1 cup of my Nuzest USA Digestive Support Cacao Protein Powder
3/4 cup water
Method:
Mix above ingredients until a dough forms, then press half the batter into a lined bread pan. Cut fresh strawberries into small pieces and place in pan over the bottom brownie part. Cover with remaining brownie batter. Refrigerate for 30 minutes then slice.
