No Cook Pasta!

It’s too hot to cook. So I didn’t. This entire meal was made without any stove, heat, or oven…..and it was delicious! P.S. Sardines are loaded with anti-inflammatory properties and are such a protein powerhouse!

Ingredients:
Explore Cuisine’s Brown Rice Rigatoni (20% off: lilsipper)

Pasta Sauce of choice (Yup, I eat it cold!)

Organic Girl’s Baby Arugula

Sardines (obviously)

 

 

Directions:
1. Soak Explore Cuisine’s pasta in water for about 45 minutes or until “al dente”. Drain any excess water.

2. Add pasta sauce of choice (cold) then lay on top of Organic Girl’s arugula and sprinkle Evo Hemp seeds for the finishing touch!
