No Cook Penne Pasta!

I’ve started eating uncooked pasta and loving it! The texture when I soak Explore Cuisine’s Green Lentil Penne (20% off: lilsipper) is spot on (no more worrying about overcooking cuz you can’t really “over soak” them lol.)

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

I basically just soak the pasta in water over night (in the fridge) then they are ready in the morning! You can also prepare them in the morning before you leave for work, then at night they’re ready for dinner! Add some Organic Girl Baby Spinach, a steamed purple sweet potato, and my veggie avo dip sprinkled with some raw pistachios….and BAM! done.

Perfect for collage dorms, camping, or just a hot day when you don’t want to turn on your stove.
