Now that it’s officially December, I can start drinking this in public, right? Yes, it’s a play on Egg nog…but without the eggs, dairy, sugar, and unhealthy FAT! But oh soooo creamy!

DO THIS TONIGHT because it needs time in the refrigerator.
Ingredients:
1 cup uncooked, rolled oats
1 tsp sea salt
1/4 cups dates
2 1/2 cups water
1/2 tsp nutmeg
.
1️. Soak oats, salt, and dates in water overnight in fridge.
2️. The next day, add nutmeg and blend/puree mixture until smooth. DONE!
It will be super rich, creamy, and it actually tastes like egg nog! Don’t believe me? Try it for yourself! Great for breakfast too!
