OREO BREAD! – imagine Oreos, in bread form.
Yea, that’s what this reminds me of. But of course, you know if it’s coming from me it’s a healthy version. And did I mention it’s also sugar free, keto, diabetic and SIBO friendly? There’s also no nuts for those that can’t have them. And even if you don’t have any dietary restrictions, you’ll love this too! I mean, who wouldn’t want an “oreo” cake made healthy?

Ingredients:
4 eggs
7 oz of greek yogurt
1/2 cup of Evo Hemp’s Protein Powder (code: lilsipper)
1 cup of Santa Barbara Chocolate’s black cacao powder (code: lilsipper)
*1/2 cup of coconut sugar if you want it sweet (not SIBO or keto friendly)
Method:
Mix everything together, transfer batter to a small baking dish, and bake at 350 degrees F for about 30 minutes. Allow to cool completely before slicing.
