Who’s a fan of warm sweet Cinnamon Raisin Bagels?
These are PALEO, GRAIN, GLUTEN, and DAIRY-FREE. I’ve already eaten half the batch so I will certainly need to make more. Honestly, the pecan butter truly makes it 10x better but almond butter will certainly work as well. Perfect for Christmas morning yet healthy enough to eat every day!
1 tsp baking soda
2/3 cup pecan butter
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
1/4 cup coconut sugar (or omit for unsweetened)
Mix above ingredients with an electric mixer until a loose batter forms. Stir in desired amount of raisins and transfer to either a doughnut pan or cupcake tins and bake at 350F for 20 minutes. Allow to cool before removing from pan.
