Paleo + Keto Bluberry Doughnut Bagels!

Not sure if these are a doughnut or a bagel, cuz the texture was in between that cake-y-ness from a doughnut yet not overly sweet to be a doughnut and on the bagel side….

Hey, whatever you call these, they are GOOD! Right up my ally if you ask me! And because they are only sweetened with blueberries, they are low in sugar and can even be SIBO compliant!

And did I mention full of protein?! Win win!

Ingredients:
2 eggs
1 tsp baking soda
3 level scoops of my x Nuzest Probiotic Vanilla Protein Powder
1/2 cup cashew butter (20% off: lilsipper – one time use only so stock up!)
Frozen wild blueberries

Method:
Whisk eggs, then add remaining ingredients except blueberries. Transfer batter into cupcake tins or doughnut pan. Bake at 350 F for about 30 minutes or until the batter rises and a toothpick comes out clean.
