Just 3-INGREDIENTS is all you need for the base of these vegan + paleo “oatmeal” raisin chocolate chips cookies. One thing you will learn about me is, if there’s too many ingredients or time consuming, I probably won’t make it. LOL So here we are.

Ingredients:
1/2 cup nut or seed butter
1/2 cup applesauce (or pear baby food for those sensitive to apples)
3 level scoops of my x Nuzest Probiotic Vanilla Protein
Mix-ins:
Raisins and / or chocolate chips (I used Santa Barbara Chocolate unsweetened chips – 15% off: lilsipper)
Method:
Mix main ingredients then add desired amount of mix-ins. Scoops into balls and bake at 350 F for 20 minutes.
