And you also should know that I am a Sunbutter addict but prefer their Organic version (just 1 ingredient: organic sunflower seeds).
These are so easy to make and check all the boxes!
• Candida Diet Compliant
• Sugar Free
• Peanut Free
• Caffeine Free
1 Tbsp coconut butter
1/2 Tbsp coconut oil
4 Tbsp organic Sunbutter
Melt above ingredients and mix together until well combined and a “Sunbutter sauce” is created. Pour sauce into mini chip molds (click HERE for the ones I used) and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or until firm. Remove from molds and use as desired!
