Probiotic Chia Jam

Not just any jam, PRO-biotic jam with PRE-biotics! And yes, it’s as delicious as it looks! I infused probiotics with yacon syrup (why I added Yacon Syrup here on my other page @sipperfacts). Use as “jam” or eat as “pudding”….whatever! The flavors are flippn’ bomb!

Ingredients:
2 cups frozen berries of choice (I used 1 1/2 cups raspberries + 1/2 cup blackberries)
2 Tbsp yacon syrup
2 Tbsp chia seds
2-3 capsules of Flora Health Super 8 Probiotics

Directions:
1. Heat berries on low in a small sauce pan (do not add water) a few minutes until berries begin to “melt”. Stir frequently.

2. Add yacon syrup and chia seeds and continue stirring while stove in on low for 1 minute.

3. Transfer jam to an air-tight container and refrigerate until chilled/cooled (preferably overnight)

4. Open Flora Health probiotic capsules into jam and mix well. Store in refrigerator up to 7 days.
*Do not heat jam as it will kill the living probiotics.
