Second smoothie today and I’m not ashamed. A heat wave hit SoCal and this overflowing Lavender Lemon Smoothie got all the feelzzz going.
7 oz greek yogurt
1/2 cup white sweet potato (pre-cooked)
1 cup frozen cauliflower (pre-steamed)
Handful of frozen cranberries
1 scoop Vital Proteins Lavender Lemon Collagen Beauty Water (it contains probiotics targeted to fight candida!)
1/2 Tbsp Vital Proteins Grass-Fed Gelatin (it makes your smoothie super fluffy and also helps heal your gut)
1. Blend everything together (I used my Vitamix) and enjoy immediately OR you can place in the freezer to make a Smoothie Cookie!
