Purple Sweet Potato Smoothie (with Probiotics!)

Yo. I’m tellin’ ya! Purple Sweet Potatoes in your smoothies are game changers! I wish I could force feed this to you (in a non-aggressive way haha) because you NEED to try this! Just trust me. I have this all the flippin’ time, and it’s one of my go-to smoothies (of course toppings vary, but I always dollop some nut or seed butter on top).

And I bet you’re wondering where the probiotics come into play. The specialized probiotics (bacillus coagulans) in Vital Proteins Beauty Waters are actually a kind targeted to fight candida! They’re great for the gut, and obvious everything else as well! Plus, bacillus coagulans are a type of probiotic that don’t need to be refrigerated (they’re that strong!).

Ingredients:
7 oz Nancy’s greek yogurt
1 cup frozen cauli (pre-steamed)
1/2 cup frozen purple sweet potato (pre-cooked)
1/2 cup frozen blueberries

Directions:
