Raw Sprouted Hummus

I made my own RAW SPROUTED HUMMUS in my Instagram stories (were you following the frickn’ 3 day process?). It’s not hard, and not even time consuming, you just have to wait. But well worth it cuz these flavors are bangn! Make your own and you’ll save a ton of $$$ cuz the spouted hummus in the stores cost $5 – $8 for 1 cup…and this cost about $1.50 for 2+ cups!

You digest sprouted legumes (and other foods) better and can easily absorb the nutrients. Read this post about how sprouting can actually change the way you digest foods!

Ingredients:
2 cups sprouted chickpeas
3-4 raw garlic cloves
1 tsp ground cumin
2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
1/4 cup water
3 Tbsp tahini
1 tsp pink Himalayan salt (or more to taste)

Directions:
1. Blend everything in a food processor or blender (I used my Blendtec Twister Jar) until smooth and creamy. (You may need to stop frequently to scrape down sides, but I didn’t have to because my Blendtec is sooo powerful!)

2. Refrigerate to chill because it will be slightly warmed due to blending.
