Ok, ok…I know these are just dazzled up rice cakes, but hear me out! – Eating them on a stick actually DOES make a difference if you’re trying to keep your hands clean and for some reason they are just more fun to eat this way! lol
They also make a fun kid project and decor for parties!
– Dye-free and chemical free sprinkles *these do contain ingredients I would not normally use HOWEVER they were the only sprinkles without gums or artificial dyes (they use fruit, veggies, and spices to color them) and the amount using typically isn’t much so you your best judgment here. You can of course leave them out and add seeds and nuts instead!
Method:
Carefully spear each rice cake with a skewer then melt your chocolate and/or toasted coconut butter (you may need to add a bit of coconut oil to the coconut butter for it to melt and become smooth). Next add desired toppings from above and refrigerate for 10 minutes or until the coating is solid.
