Salted Caramel “Peanut Butter” Rice Krispies!

new new! SALTED CARAMEL “peanut butter” RICE KRISPIE TREATS
I’ve never tried this before, but felt creative in the kitchen again and thought these would be perfect for v-day! No marshmallows, dairy, or peanuts were used in this recipe…..so best you snag these 7 ingredients and plan on making these for your loved one (or you cuz you’re worth it!)




Ingredients:
7 Medjool dates (pitted)
1 cup hot water
1/4 cup Organic Sunbutter
3 Tbsp Further Food gelatin (code: lilsipper)
4 cups rice cereal of choice (THIS is what I used)
1 cup unsweetened chocolate
2 Tbsp of Further Food Chocolate Collagen (code: lilsipper)
Sea salt

Method:
Soak dates in 1 cup hot water for 5 minutes. Pour dates, including soaking water, into a blender. Add Sunbutter and puree. Add Further Food gelatin and puree again (be sure the puree is still hot when adding the gelatin). Mix caramel puree with rice cereal then transfer into a lined bread pan. Refrigerate about 1 hour or until cereal has set and is firm. Melt chocolate then mix in chocolate collagen to add sweetness plus it adds immune, join, and gut health benefits! Pour chocolate over cereal, top with sea salt, and allow chocolate to set before slicing.
