Scrambled Egg Chocolate Pudding!

Ok guys, this chocolate scrambled egg pudding tastes JUST like those snack packs we used to eat as a kid (I truly hope we aren’t still consuming those!) but this version has benefits! – Oh….and you can’t even taste the eggs!

TRUST ME!

It’s no different than adding eggs to brownies, cakes, cookies, and souffles…the only thing different is that you cook the eggs first!

Ingredients:
– 6 whole eggs, scrambled
– 1/2 cup of extra rich cacao powder (makes a huge difference in taste! – but regular cocoa powder will also work)
– 1 or 2 Tbsp raw honey or maple syrup
– 1/2 to  1 cup of non-dairy milk (start out with 1/2 cup and add more to adjust to preferred thickness of your pudding)
Sea salt to taste (optional)

Method:
Blend everything until creamy and smooth, pour into a dish and refrigerate 1-2 hours until chilled.
