If apple cider and pumpkin pie had a baby, this would be it! Alllll the goodness of pumpkin pie with the tang of apple cider spiced up a bit! I mean, could it get any better?
….Oh yes, it CAN get better!

I also used Fire Cider (much different than plain apple cider vinegar) to kick up the flavor and health benefits.
What’s so different about Fire Cider? For one, it’s fermented. And two, it’s 100% raw. And three, the powerhouse of ingredients speak for themselves.
Ingredients: Apple cider vinegar, raw honey, oranges, lemons, onions, ginger, horseradish, garlic, turmeric, habanero pepper.
It’s also organic. Needless to say, this gut friendly, immune boosting “pie” must be made this Christmas (or at least New Years!)
For The Crust:
2 Evo Hemp’s Pineapple Almond Bars (20% off: lilsipper) – I love using these bars as crusts! Such a hack and they’re delicious too with CLEAN ingredients (duh).
For The Topping:
Orange slice (if you want to get fancy)
1. Crumble up both Evo Hemp bars and press firmly into pan / dish (If using something OTHER THAN a springform pan, I suggest lining it with wax or parchment paper first.). Set aside.
Pour pumpkin puree, apple sauce, Fire Cider, and cinnamon into your blender and puree.
Next, add Further Food’s Gelatin while bender is on lowest speed (if you have that option), secure lid, then blend on high a few seconds.
Pour puree into your prepared pan with crust. Lightly tap pan / dish on counter to ensure no air bubbles are present. Add almond flour and thinly sliced orange (toppings are all optional) then refrigerate a few hours until firm.
