Finally, the recipe for these superfood collagen bites! The taste! The crunch! The goodness! These might just be one of my favorite homemade snacks so far! Get on this yo!
1/2 cup raw almonds
1/2 cup raw pistachios
2 scoops Vital Proteins Collagen Veggie Blend
1 cup raisins
1/3 cup uncooked rainbow quinoa
2 Tbsp coconut oil
1. Add all ingredients in a food processor and process for 30 seconds.
2. Press firmly into balls or into silicone molds or a glass dish and
refrigerate until firm.
*cut into desired shape if using one large dish after refrigerating.
IMPORTANT: You must press very firmly when forming into balls or
into your mold/dish so it sticks together.
