We’re all pretty familiar with how cauliflower can mimic mashed potatoes, but have you ever made it and it was well..kinda “runny” or it didn’t have quite the “body” of potatoes? Well I problem solved! I added a little of Otto’s Cassava Flour (psst, it’s paleo and vegan!) to thicken it up and it makes the best texture!
And the bacon free topping? Just air-fry Chomp’s pork free sticks and BAM!

1 head of cauliflower, steamed
3 Tbsp of Otto’s Cassava Flour
1 Tbsp ghee (vegans sub coconut oil)
Garlic powder to taste
Chives or parsley to taste
s&p to taste
1 Chomps stick (15% off: lilsipper) or you can get them from Trader Joe’s
Goat milk cheese to taste (optional)
Extra chives / parsley
1. Steam cauliflower, mash with remaining ingredients.
2. Chop Chomps and put in air fryer for 4-5 min @ 400 F to crisp.
3. Top cauli-mash with toppings and broil until cheese is melted.
