If you have IBS, IBD, crohns, gastritis or any kind of digestive issues, LISTEN UP I can’t stress enough about the miraculous benefits of Manuka Honey! Manuka honey is very beneficial at reducing reflux and balancing your digestive system to heal stomach and intestinal imbalances.
NOTE: I use this for medicinal purposes, not to flavor tea or add to baked goods.

Manuka honey has been found to be effective against H-pylori, the bacteria implicated in most cases of stomach #ulcers that develop into cancer!

According to a report published in 1994 in the Journal of the Royal Society of Medicine, Manuka honey had been found to be potent against 7 different H-pylori strains, but a similar effect was NOT observed with other types of honey. It could be because the stomach enzymes deactivated the hydrogen peroxide in the honey, but not the MGO in manuka honey. This brand contains 250+ MGO! (on average you will see 20+ on other brands – the MGO refers to the honey’s methylglyoxal rating, not found in regular raw honey).

Other Benefits Include:
?Helps repair colon damage and inflammation
?Heals burns, would, & ulcers
?Reduces tooth decay and gingivitis
?Helps with staph infections (MSRA)
?Helps clear acne and Eczema (topical use)…..I suggest doing your research if you are really interested as there are many studies out there to support these claims, as I can only post so much on here. Manuka Honey is a bit pricey, but remember, it’s meant to be taken as a supplement / for medicinal reason, not as a sweetener. And the price is well worth your health. This is the brand I recommend.
