Martini Brownies!
These are easier than you think and the perfect party hosting dessert for you to serve OR for your guests to serve up themselves!
And you won’t believe these re actually a much better option than your typical “brownie and ice cream” combo because I used better-for-you ingredients for EVERYTHING – including the topping which is an organic protein granola from Lovebird (not sure what your granola preference is, but these clusters are actually soft – NOT hard! – and taste like you’re biting into a fluffy cookie!
They contain less sugar and more protein than the leading granola and are 3rd party tested for glyphosate!

These Martini Brownies are topped with Lovebird Cereal NEW Protein Granola!
This stuff reminds me like giant granola cookies! They are actually soft clusters rather than hard and crunchy (which is what I prefer!).
Sweetened only with organic maple syrup
12 grams of plant protein
Organic, glyphosate free oats
25% less sugar than the leading granola

Equipment:
– Small sheet pan(s)
– Martini glasses (I used THESE)
Ingredients:
– 1 to 2 boxes of your favorite grain-free brownie mix such as Simple Mills or my 3-Ingredient vegan and paleo brownie recipe
– Your favorite clean ice cream (I like Fronen for non-dairy and Ice Cream For Bears for a dairy version)
– Lovebird Cereal’s NEW Protein Granola (I used their Maple Butter version but they all are amazing!)

Method:
Make brownies as directed and bake them in a shallow sheet pan. Allow them to cool completely (you can pop them in the freezer to speed up the process or plan ahead and make them at night and put them in the refrigerator to prepare for the next day).
Once the brownies are completely cooled, turn your martini glasses upside down and press each into the brownies. Press brownies down to the bottom of the glass if need be. Allow the ice cream you are using to melt slightly so it’s easy to spread. Top each martini glass with a scoop of either ice cream mentioned above then spoon it out. Last but certainly not least, top the ice cream with Lovebird’s NEW Protein Granola for crunch, texture, and a bit of added sweetness (and added protein of course!).
