Thick Cut Oats with Spouted Cashews

I decided to skip the gym and do one of my go-to home workouts that kicked butt (no pun intended). Why? Well today is gonna be one of those crazy days…as always! So a pack of Right Foods organic superfood oats is a go-to when I need something quick.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

I obviously topped it with all the goods including my addiction to Sunbutter plus sprouted cashews (see this post why I sprout my nuts!). You need to fuel your body regardless if you workout or go to the gym…our bodies are working whether we are or not (so fuel it right!).
