Who says you can’t have soup in the summer?

Ever had gazpacho (chilled soup)? Typically made from tomatoes and other veggies, this gazpacho has the all the flavors poppin’ PLUS all the benefits from the gut healing attributes in Bare Bones Broth and the immune boosting tonic Fire Cider. My gut is happy and healthy!

Serves 2
Ingredients:
1 lb very ripe tomatoes (chopped)
2 large roasted red bell peppers, seeds and core removed
1/4 cup chopped onions
1/2 cup Fire Cider (discount: lilsipper)
2 Tbsp olive oil
1 cup Bare Bones Broth (discount: lilsipper10)

Directions:
1. Blend all ingredients until smooth. Add s&p if needed.

2. Serve chilled with my “2 Ingredient Naan Bread” and the obvious avocado!
