Vanilla Shake (with jicama and white sweet potato)


Ingredients:
1 cup frozen white sweet potato (pre-steamed) *orange will also work but the color won’t be white obviously.
1 cup frozen cauliflower (pre-steamed)
1/2 cup frozen (raw) jicama (it’s a pre-biotic!)
1/2 cup plain greek yogurt
1 scoop Vital Proteins unflavored collagen
1 scoop Vital Proteins bone broth powder

Blend, then stir in that cacao powder like a BOSS.
