Did you see the video of me grating this in my Instagram story?!

Ever since I made my Cauliflower Cheese years ago, it’s been a staple in my diet and many others who follow me on Instagram, however there are still those who are vegan and looking for a gelatin free dairy free version of cheese. Well I think the time has come!

• No cashews (keeps it low in cost cuz cashews can be $$$$)
• Full of plant protein
• Great source of fiber
• And of course, NO NUTRITIONAL YEAST.
