VEGAN CHOCOLATE CHICKPEA MOUSSE
liquid from 2 cans of chickpeas
1/2 cup melted chocolate
Drain 2 cans of chickpeas and whip the liquid until peaks form (see my latest REEL on my Instagram page for the tutorial). Once peaks are firm, gradually add melted chocolate, pour into ramekins and refrigerate until top is firm (or overnight).
