Viral Cream Cheese Stuffed Pull-a-Part Garlic Butter Bagel

If you want to try the viral stuffed bagel from Calic Bagel in Los Angeles, CA but don’t live in LA, or perhaps you just want to make your own at home….I got you covered! This may seem a bit over-the-top, but if you use quality ingredients like grass-fed butter, labneh instead of cream cheese (no gums and cultured!), and make your own bagels, it can be enjoyed even with those with gluten, grain, and nut allergies!

Homemade Bagel Options

3 Ingredient Carb Free Bread (bake in a doughnut mold instead of a bread pan)

4 Ingredient Beef Biscuits (bake in a doughnut mold instead of a bread pan)

Recipe

Ingredients:
– Your favorite store bought bagel (low carb, grain-free, GF, etc.) or make your own using any of my recipes above.
– 8 ounces cream cheese or labneh (look for the kind without gums!)
– 1/2 cup grass-fed butter, melted
Trader Joe’s onion salt

Method:
– Preheat oven to 350°F.
– Make 6-7 cuts across each bagel but do not make the cuts going all the way down.
– Using a ziploc bag with the tip cut off, fill the bagel with the cream cheese/labneh and pipe into each bagel cut.
– Once filled, coat the entire bagel with the garlic butter and place it on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
– Bake in the oven for 15 or until golden brown.
– Option to brush with extra butter and garnish with additional onion salt.
