A healthier version of the popular WHITE CHOCOLATE RASPBERRY CHEESECAKE protein bar…..made in minutes! Literally! Mix and slice instantly, no waiting for it to “set” and not sugar spike! Loaded with protein, healthy fats, and probiotics. And even dad approved!

Note I used raw cashew butter and not roasted and the color is lighter in color and tastes much different. You can, of course, use roasted cashew butter but the taste will be different (but still taste good)

Ingredients:
4 scoops of my x Nuzest Digestive Support Vanilla Protein Powder
3/4 cup greek yogurt (vegans sub with banana puree or coconut yogurt)
1/4 cup of Artisana Organic RAW cashew butter (code: lilsipper)
Artisana Organics RAW coconut butter (code: lilsipper)
Freeze dried raspberries (I got mine from Trader Joe’s)
Method:
In a bowl, mix protein powder, greek yogurt, and cashew butter until crumbles form, then use clean hands to “knead” into a ball. Next, fold in desired amount of coconut butter chunks and freeze dried raspberries. Shape dough into a square (or press into a square dish), slice, and enjoy! *Store extras in the refrigerator or you can also freeze them!
