I rolled up into the zoo wearing my bathing suite but they kicked my hass out.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Zoo-kini Avocado Roll Ups you just can’t go without this weekend! You could pretty much eat the entire recipe and still have room for lunch, dinner, and dessert! So why not?

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Ingredients:
Zucchini
My Veggie Acovado Dip

Directions:
1. Slice zucchini in a mandolin on medium thickness.

2. Heat grill and coat/spray with oil (I used coconut oil spray).

3. Lay zucchini slices on grill for a few seconds until you start to see grill marks – no need to flip! Remove from grill and set aside to cool.

4. Spread filling onto grilled zucchini and roll up! They will naturally hold it’s shape!
